The image below shows the ¹²CO peak antenna temperature map of Cep OB 3 overlayed on a contour map of the radio continuum emission obtained at DRAO. The source showing extended radio continuum emission is the Sharpless HII region S 155.
The ¹²CO excitation temperature maps and molecular hydrogen column density maps of S235 shown below were obtained through analysis of the ¹²CO and ¹³CO images. Some of the holes seen in the column density image are most likely caused by embedded stars sweeping up the ambient molecular gas into rings.
