Areas of interest: X-ray astronomy and/or radio astronomy studies of: supernova remnants (line and high energy continuum emission), energies and acceleration of galactic cosmic rays, neutron star atmospheres, radio surveys of HI galaxies (AGES), and HI mass function. Development of lecture methods and assessments, especially for introductory astronomy courses, physics and astronomy labs, and public outreach.
