Life Trapped in a Hole
(This is one of my older poems. I don't usually rhyme my poetry, but when I do this is the typical format.)
Life trapped in a hole
Is anything but great,
Feeling like a little mole
Wondering what is your fate.
Life trapped in a hole
Will force you to pray
To God, so he will fulfill
The hole in your heart, he may.
Life is not so bad
Down in this darkness,
Looking at a world so mad
For personal gain, heatless!
Life living in peace
In my hole and home;
Never look at a sad face
Without a place, he must roam.
