For these extra-credit reports, you are allowed to do the research and discuss the issues in collaboration with one or more people in the class, but each individual has to write his or her own report. If you worked with a team of people, identify the individuals you worked with. Two or more nearly identical reports with just names replaced will be considered a single report, and any extra-credit given will be split up among the people who shared the work.
